Hendo's
Youth Program
Free wrestling and MMA training for kids ages 6 to 18 in the Temecula Valley.

How it works
The youth program is the center of everything the foundation does. We look for kids in the Temecula Valley, Murrieta, and nearby Riverside County towns who need it most, and we pay for their gym memberships through The Hendo Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Families don't pay anything, and no kid gets turned away because of money.
Classes are grouped by age and experience, so a first-timer and a kid who already competes can both find the right room. The point is the structure as much as the sport: showing up on time, training hard, and treating your partners with respect.
